So I've been using an iPad for some time when traveling. Let's face it, if I'm on a weekend jaunt, I don't even need to bring my charger..the battery life is amazing. I can follow directions to the nearest gas station with the cheapest fuel and the best restaurant in town, watch a movie, check my mail, and play angry birds until I fall asleep ....and get up to write about it the next day without having to search for an electrical outlet. But the iPad has just become even cooler with the addition of Lonely Planet's Guidebooks.
